Logging In
You must first log in to access eTIMS®
subsystems and functions. By entering your unique User ID and password,
you are establishing your identity and opening an eTIMS®
session in which you will be working. You can also access the Change
Password feature from this page.
Note:
- Keep your User ID
and password confidential at all times.
- Log out of eTIMS® whenever you
leave your workstation.
- You will be held
responsible for all eTIMS®
transactions processed with your User ID.
To log in:
- Click on the eTIMS®
icon on your desktop.
- Type in your User ID in the
User ID field.
- Type in your password in the
Password field.
- Your password
will appear on the page as asterisks (i.e., *****) to prevent others
people from seeing it.
- Passwords are
case sensitive.
- Click the Log In button
to access eTIMS®
or click the Change Password button to go to the Change Password
page.
- Click the X button in
the upper right corner of your page to return to your desktop without
logging in to eTIMS®.
Notes:
- If you make an error
during the log in process, repeat steps 2 through 4.
- After three failed
log in attempts, you will be locked out of eTIMS®
and must call the Service Desk at 1-833-ASK4HLP or 1-833-275-4457 to reset your
User ID and password.
- You must enter your
User ID and password before accessing the Change Password page.
