About Court Services

eTIMS® provides a facility for miscellaneous tasks associated with Court Services.  The Court Services subsystem keeps a record of warrants associated with a specific driver’s license, the payments associated with a specific ticket, and the tickets associated with a specific state plate.

There are five pages associated with Court Services:

• Arrest Data Entry – allows authorized users to add arrest data to the system.
• Warrant Driver License – this page lists warrant details associated with a specific driver’s license.
• Revenue Distribution Tracking – displays the payment history associated with a specific ticket.
• Transaction Detail – displays details on specific payment on specific ticket.
• PPA Tow Record – displays tickets associated with a specific state plate in the Philadelphia Parking database.  Also allows the user to associate driver’s license and tickets from the Philadelphia Traffic Court database with a specific state plate in the Philadelphia Parking database.

Accessing Court Services:

1. From the eTIMS® home page, click on the Court Services function in the Choose a Function box.
2. The page will refresh with the list of functions contained within Court Services.
3. Click on the Help command in the upper right corner to see Help contents.
4. Click on the Log Out command in the upper right corner to end your eTIMS® session.

• Your eTIMS® User ID controls access to Court Services and its functions. If Court Services is required to perform your job responsibilities, please see your supervisor.
